hands are filled with boxes of food from the latest run, one stacked on top of the other. they’re close to falling when he finally gets the door to the pantry open. but he gets them in just fine, walking into the room and taking a look around--- it was unusually quiet. ❛ luce ? ❜ & the boxes are placed down on a counter - top, he dusts off his hands on the back of his pants and takes a seat on the stool next to the table. ❛ we found a lot in that corner store a few miles out, mostly food, but i stopped by the clinic to drop off what medical supplies we got. got some clothes, too, if you wanna take a look. how’re we lookin’ with what we’ve already got ? ❜
