I wanted to practice some male faces and expressions. And since I am a fan of @alexhoeghandersen from Vikings I wanted to draw him. So I researched some pictures on the internet and made these. The night was still young as the wind pushed my hair and the breeze sent shivers down my spine. I look behind thinking someone one is there but I only see the the light of the street lanterns giving off there hope. I cointinue my way home still feeling the coldness of the night making my fingers numb. I put my hands in the soft pockets of my plaid over coat. The warmth of the jacket reminds me of the cabin with a roaring fire spreading the joyous feeling through the room. I think to my self that I am almost to my Uber and then I will be home and with my love. I come around the bend of the dark street I was walking upon and I can see more of the bright Dublin lights shining upon my damp hair from the rain earlier.my driver is pulled up on the street next to the little coffee shop that always smells of fresh muffins and tea. I walk to car and see that it’s a newer car but an older model of a Mercedes. As I sit down the seats are leather but feel as new as a freshly made penny. The driver is silent and I can’t see his face since the night had consumed the car. He turns on the head lights on and from the reflection of the light I can see the driver is an older man with glasses and seemed to be very worn. We drive to my penthouse and I leave the car still remembering the smell of old spice and fresh leather. I walk up to the glowing front doors of the building , awaiting to see the check in manager and the smell of a freshly cleaned room. I show him my id and he lets me up the elevator. It was just a couple feet away from the desk and as the doors open I step into the carpeted elevator with s little light above me, emitting enough so that I can see where I am. I press the glowing button and the elevator starts moving in up and to the detection of my home. I step out of the elevator smelling my the air that is so familiar to me but I see no one here. I thought that I would see more people then just the emptiness that lay before me. I step into the area of where we all usually hang out and I take my shoes off only leaving my socks on. I walk forward and turn on the light to my bed room seeing my lover sleeping. I don’t know what time it is and as I look at the clock it says 1. Without even continue thinking I crawl into the bead against the warm body that is my boyfriend. I wake up the next day looking directly into the eyes of the man I love. They are blue almost as if they are crystals and his long brown hair falls on the pillow. He smiles and his white teeth show. The sun is still rising and the crispness of the morning air fills the room. The silence is still present but it’s different , it’s a cozy and comfortable silence that brings me joy and a feeling of comfort. Alex gets up and walks towards the balcony just looking out and seeing the people start to awake and move around the city. I continue to lay in the comfortable throne of which is my bed.i see him walk out of the room and I want to follow after him but the bed tells me to stay and to continue to sleep.
