So, when @neonbluewaves posted art of Neon with an eye scar, this was the first thing that came into my garbage brain but I didn’t have the laptop to art, so I was delayed.
Anyways, I hope I did Neon justice in my manga style, she’s one of my favorite Hogwarts Mystery OCs! Way too cool to interact with my dramatic child, Alexus.
