thinking about how alfisol and dorians situations were so avoidable bc you can LOOK at elynas and tell he was raised right but they were fucked over by their mothers straight up refusal to raise them and thats the reason they ended up the way they are because all they ever wanted was to be seen and known.
Alfisol doesnt even want to be LOVED he just wants to be KNOWN. Dorian didn't care if he was accepted as himself he just wanted to LIVE. It's just so insane to me.
Durin and Elynas were doomed, sure, but Alfisol and Dorian are STILL ALIVE TODAY. They could've loved the world but they never were offered a chance :( The crazy part is they were never even offered a chance!!! Dorian didn't get to live!!! Alfisol was made on accident and discarded!! Without even getting a name!!! Even though they had a better shot than Elynad and Durin both!!!!
