Tajine lahlou or l’ham lahlou, this Algerian dish is cooked during Ramadan. The lamb is cooked in a syrup flavored by cinnamon and orange blossom water and complimentary by fruits like dried prunes, apricots, apples and pears. Always served at the end of the menu. L’ham means meat in Arabic and Lahlou means sweet! 🇩🇿
