How far can one go for love? Tara is the one who perfectly showcased that in love, Their sorrows becomes yours, their battles and problems are yours and you can overcome them together.
Tara is a well educated woman. She is successful and sorted in her head, yet she leads a fairly simple life.
Corsica lead her to Ved, totally carefree, inquisitive and a quirky person. A few days with Ved sparked something in Tara, which could be felt even after she left Corsica and Ved. Meeting him unleashed some quirkiness in her that made her live for real.
Be it devouring her favourite chocolates or dancing in a classy dress all alone in her own world, she wouldn't have done it prior to Corsica.
It took years for her to move on from what she shared with Ved. Hence, when she stumbled upon Ved later, she was extremely confused and awkward. As she couldn’t comprehend the fact that the one guy she never thought she would meet again was in fact, in front of her in full flesh.
After seeing Ved again she knew what she wanted and pursued him unabashedly. Of course she didn’t expect the dilemma that Ved would put her in.
She was thrown off guard with the way this “Bad boy” turned into this “Sanskari munda” within months. The guy in front of her wasn't the Ved she loved. She did deny him eventually, however she knew it was for his own good, as some battles are supposed to be fought alone. This instance clearly shows that she is an emotionally strong woman who would do anything for the people she loves ,though it might break her.
Tara is one of those friends who you turn to when in crisis. She is one of those who guides you to the right path, but would never nag about it. And she did the same for Ved. She accepted the truth gracefully and helped him find himself.
She did wait for her lover to figure out his life and reconciled with him. This shows how strong willed and determined she is to get what she wants. This, is how Tara found the missing piece of her life
