also, speaking of alibaba, even tho I bag on him a lot, it does kinda make me sad that that the character that is most obviously nonhuman has the most (debatable) tragic background, doesn't bathe, and has very questionable morals. Not to say he's the only person with these qualities but when they're coupled together? It doesn't sit well with me. Esp because ppl see this and use that as an excuse to further demean him and say some pretty awful things about him? (Not in regards to his character, just distasteful and freaky stuff)
