it's weird seeing ppl get upset when they feel someone is being too critical of content they themselves like and so they write is off as 'being hateful' or 'reaching' (that's a crowd favorite) when in reality it's you holding people/content to a higher standard than you should, rather than the other person not knowing how to have casual interests, which is possible, but not as common. sometimes it's both.
