I said it as a joke but now I really ship it. Hear me out: Alistair Theirin/Sebastian Vael. Political marriage but by the end of their first meeting, both are smitten with one another. They bond over their famous friends and adventuring, childhood traumas, ruling when they weren't prepared, family deaths. Alistair would ask before trying to hold Sebastian's hand and be super respectful of any lingering vows. Sebastian would laugh at all of Alistair's jokes.
