Overcome by Happiness -
((Notes, the lyrics, despite the title is depressing as hell))
Sometimes the rabbit don’t know what to think of Letty.
She was always happy, so joyful, and full of life, and yet so very compassion to him. But she wasn’t all there. Rick was a very obvious example. And there was her, talking to herself, talking to Rick in the waking world. He wonders how would her despair taste once she realize Rick isn’t real. Just in her head. He was just a part of her that she rejected.
He wonders if she have something to prove. But she’ll end up being another meal, nothing to remember her by, except for the diary scrapes.
He wonder how would she taste, broken as she can be without being ruined.
And yet, Letty seems to be trying to be happy, finding joy in the smallest thing. And he can’t be help but amused.
Even if you held the sun,in the color of your eyesI would never be so blind, and you, don’t feel the weight rushing out of your lifedon’t see the light dying out of your eyes….
But he’ll tolerate her company. After all, he has front row seat to her crumbling state of being if he plays his card right.
