The blond had been walking aimlessly around as he waited for Yato. He had his head hung low, a hand in one of his pockets and in his other he held a branch that he grabbed from the ground earlier. He dragged it along as he walked, the sound of the branch scraping on the concrete a comforting distraction from how lonely he was without anyone there to talk to or even anyone noticing him. Yukine bet if any of the mortal people around him noticed the noise the scraping branch was making he would have gotten some glares. He sighed. At least that would have been some recognition. The shinki's eyes widened and he let out an 'oomph' when someone from behind crashed into him. In his thinking, he hadn't realized that he stopped in the middle of the sidewalk.

Yoru was walking around the park aimlessly. He had allowed himself a small break from studying after his father had almost forcefully thrown him out, pointing out that Yoru had stayed in his room for more than a week.

The neko took a deep breath, enjoying the fresh air. He soon got tired of walking around - yet another effect from him having spent a whole week behind a desk. He looked for a place to sit. Unfortunately, all the benches around were occupied. Yoru sighed and walked to the nearest one, giving the boy who was currently sitting there a shy smile. 'Um ... excuse me ... Do you mind if I sit down?'
