If your OCs were in a dating sim, I'd obviously make Alice take the Ven route, just because of the sweet plot twist. Guys in dating sims are supposed to be little cinnamon rolls. But he's doing some dastardly things.

You’re right in that it would indeed be a surprise whirlwind of a route! Of course, the way to his good end would have to be through getting this sociopath to actually legitimately give a shit about you and although I’m his mun, I haven’t the foggiest clue what types of dialogue choices would lead to that happening because of how he is (sociopath). Ven goes with the flow with about any personality type but he’s also incredibly adept at not actually caring about or letting any feelings towards them develop no matter how much time is spent with them (sociopath). Even when it looks like an answer you chose is a right answer and you think you got points for it, you…did not. Unsurprisingly, excessively nosy questions or behavior he finds annoying, the irony, and that will lose you points even if it doesn’t look like it does. So it’s an incredibly hard route where even the online walkthroughs aren’t 100% sure the way to get into the good ending. In truth, anyone who managed it themselves would not be sure how their choices led them there and neither would I be as well. He is that difficult.
Of course the shady stuff becomes a part of things eventually whether he likes it or not. If your affection with him isn’t high enough by that point then you’re seen as a liability and know too much and oh nooo, you accidentally get caught in some gang shootout or criminal stuff and wait, didn’t Ven say he wanted to meet you here at this specific time–oh, you’re dead (sociopath). Other bad ends deal with Ven giving you the 411 about how, no, he didn’t actually care about you, and in these endings you’re likely about to die anyways, or in the super bad ending near the end it turns out that he was only dating you for some plot or job or plan of his, a super betrayal that he still doesn’t care about. Also there’s just straight up a bunch of random ones where if you happen to be in the wrong place at the wrong time from your choices then you die because his job is dangerous whoops. The tamest one where you don’t die is where he gets bored of you and dips or something, Still hurts, but you’re at least alive.
But, uh, if you manage not to die then his parents and Cyril all eventually pop in. They’re nice people. Say anything to them to raise their suspicion on what Ven is doing with his shady stuff and you get an ending where you die, it’s very easy to die in his route. But they’re all nice people, it’s easy to deal with them. So yeah, all in all Ven’s route is a clusterfuck where no one knows how to win and it’s very very easy to lose!
