Merlin was overwhelmed with chores that morning. He was frantically moving down the halls in an attempt to get Arthur’s armor back to him.
Time seemed to slow all together when he had caught the eye of the young stranger. Who was this girl? She was certainly not of Camelot, so where was she from? Merlin would not forget about her until he found answers to these questions. Still, he had to get Arthur’s armor to him in time for the tournament. He briskly continued down the halls.
That evening, when everyone was celebrating Arthur’s victory, Merlin found her again. She was still here, in Camelot. Without knowing what he was going to say, he approached her.
“I... Hello, I’m Merlin.”
Jess had run a bubble bath and lit candles and everything for Alice when she came home. She smiled and slid her arms around Alice's waist from behind. "Hey you. How was your day?" She asked, gently rocking her from side to side. alicethedoctorsdaughter
