Alien!Kat is a Tuapterran (the ‘p’ is silent), a long-lived race of nocturnal reptilians. Their draconian culture tends to lead to the creation of born leaders with little mercy or benevolence towards those they would see as a weak link. Some are more magnanimous than others, but even that has a limit before the renowned Tuapterran severity moves in.
As the boss of the ring, Kat directs the rest of the Syndicate, keeping an eye on cash flow and weaponry in and out of the group’s control. Spacers looking to pass through space that the Syndicate controls often speak with her, though she does not reveal more than a silhouette of herself, sometimes even if that. The reputation she’s garnered, through nonchalantly “removing” those who have thrice failed to maintain their end of contracts with the group, directly translates to “you really and irrevocably screwed up; see you never again,” should one end up in a face-to-face audience with her.
