I'm intrigued enough by this that I'll probably ask it on the @varnishcentral account as well… Read an article where a man reckoned that part of why his son dressed uniquely was to signal to others who might be anything like him that this was who he was. I've been thinking how, for me, my appearance (which is me trying to manifest externally who I am internally) is something like that. And it can be both a flag to mark who I am, and a flag that might warn some I am, perhaps, not for them. My aesthetic and my art are my primary flags. And, you...If you fly a flag, how do you do so?
