i Also have this problem of joking too much about death i fear sometimes that i worry the people around me

i struggle with it tbh because i DO want to worry real people like... well no not WORRY them but i certainly do want them to undersatnd that i’m struggling and dont have effective ways of communicating. but i’m not in IMMEDIATE danger or even probably more middle-term danger it’s just... short-term Difficulty and long-term Risk but the way i talk about it doesn’t actually. help. anyone lmao not even me
