I have coloured in the font I made for my alien nature project I did last year and I plan to make my new project based on some of the same themes as that project. I like the orange on the yellow I also feel it works with nicely with the creature in the text. I plan to have this as the title of my boardgame.

Vulgaris Haplorrhines (Tree devil)

Size: 1.7m

Diet: Omnivores – Can live off fruit and nuts which they pick for themselves off trees, but also scavenge other animals’ killings and small insect like creatures.

Habitat: Trees. Live together in a family structure.

Temperament: Not a threat to humans or any other animals.

Sleep cycle: Diurnal ( Sleep at Night  curling tentacles tightly around branches)

Other notes: A superstition has developed among many human settlers for these creatures, that they are a portent of death. However this superstition seems to be completely unfounded and is probably due to the resemblance of the creatures’ heads to human skulls and the vampire like fangs. The fangs are used to pierce the skins of particularly tough fruit so as to suck out the nutritious and delicious juice.  

They will try to save each other from floaters by reaching up and trying to pull them back. They sometimes succeed.
