That’s (supposedly) the English-language synopsis from the back of a Hong Kong bootleg DVD of “Alien”, though (my mind works like this) it may be a Chinese-language synopsis passed through Google Translate “to see what happens”.

Either way, in its own very special way it hits most of the vital plot points...

“Scream not working because space make deaf” is of course the film’s memorable slug-line:

...though this Walmart poster perpetrates a quite remarkable spelling flub.
