King Midoriya
Izuku isn't just a figure head, he's the entire brains behind all of the military armada. He's incredibly busy, but that doesn't take away from how caring he is to you!
He placed Bakugo's mate in charge of leading the women instead of you because he's i n c r e d i b ly protective.
In his eyes, as a human you are very soft and squishy. Seeing you pregnant and hormonal, easily stressed and worn out unlocked an incredibly possessive and borderline controlling side to him.
He hasn't shown you off to the rest of the kingdom, or even introduced you to anyone but the few people who serve him because the idea of you being kidnapped by the rebels (villains) is enough to keep him awake for days.
You have EVERYTHING you could want. Your bed is covered in the most comfortable pillows fit for a new queen. You spend your day doing pregnancy yoga, relaxing and EATING. Your sweet alien babies have you STARVING and Izuku's cooks are learning how to make everything specifically to your taste.
He spends a lot of his time running the ships and you know, being in charge of an entire race of space aliens, but he always rushes to you whether you need him. You two spend romantic time soaking in warm bath water, with him rubbing your shoulders and all your sore spots.
General Todoroki

He wanted you to be 100% ready to raise his children. You're spunky and opinionated, and not willing to give up too many of your Earth customs!
He's more than happy to accommodate this. Building you traditional human furniture for the baby, learning more and more about what it means to be a loving "human" father figure. This is hard for him, but you are his entire world.
Unlike our heros in the canon my hero world, things are a little more ruthless on Home World. If something were to happen to you, or someone were to attempt to kidnap you. Todoroki would swiftly dispose of them. It's a terrible insult to even touch someones mate without her consent (given the nature of how dangerous a rival's spit can be to someone who's mated, as seen in Dabis part) so someone trying to abduct you would result in a fiery, crispy death.
Lieutenant Bakugo
Oh he knew that his mate would be the BEST mother from the start. Hearing that your fertilization took and you're pregnant is just another pat on his own back.
He'd be incredibly and enormously proud that not only are you killing being pregnant, but you're helping so many other women through theres!
He'd constantly praise and tell you how beautiful you look, that he had the most beautiful mate without contest. You're a source of status to him almost, and blatant ignorance of human customs makes you a prize more than anything.
As loud and assholish he is as a person in general, he is very loving and tender to you.
He tries to massage you, and be gentle with you but he can't help but still be incredibly attracted to you, even on the days you feel lazy and bloated. Every time the two of you try to just cuddle and relax he's making moves on you. You don't mind, your hormones have your sex drive through the roof anyway!
Kidnap? Hilarious. If an attack were to happen and you were in danger he would stop at NOTHING to get you somewhere safe. He isn't always one to properly set up a plan, but he has an A-Z emergency plan if even the slightest thing were to go wrong.
