I thought the post about the O part of OCD was very well put. I usually end up pushing anxiety/obsession aside with depression.... something along the lines of "Oh no, we're going to die? Isn't that what you wanted? Well then stfu and wait"

I guess that's one way to use a mental illness to your advantage, though I don't if that;s the best strategy to stick with!
