"I wondered when I would see you again," Optimus Prime commented in the space between the two mech. Something to break the tension that kept his EM field tightly wound about himself, and an uncertain smile on his face. Each time they met, anything could happen. It was in their nature, like two opposing sides of a magnet that dared not get close or were nigh inseparable.

He chose the latter. Cautiously.

The Prime opened his arms and made a move to hug the other. It was... awkward, but sincere (much like Optimus himself) and lasted perhaps a moment too long.

"... And it is always good to see you."

Deadlock can sense someone out there taking note of him and he frowns slightly. He doesn’t know how to feel about it exactly, but he’s not going to show if he’s upset or not. He could keep his calm.

Hm, that does seem to be the medbay- would be a shame if he just... didn't stop in.

"If you are going to stand there and look, then get in and get checked in to be examined," Ambulon said with tired sounding vocalizing, "Primus below, the amount of mecha not wanting to get even the most basic of exams is processor blowing, we just look internally! I don't care how long it has been since you were last examined, at least you come now instead of in pieces or grayed out..." he said the last part with a dull look to his optics while he stood at the doors of the clinic.

However, last I heard, Drift assumed command. But I’m not sure if he still is or not.”
