A light, rumbling laugh rolls out of the old medic at the kiss, lifting his hands to cover Deadlock's, a grin crossing his weathered face. The attention is definitely not unwelcome, and his field warms, rippling over both of them as he gives a content sigh.

He could drive an old mech to bedlam that way, honestly. How was it possible to be so attached to someone? To not want to let go.

The old medic tips his chin up.

"You know, doing that, you're liable to make me blush. Of course, if that's what you're going for, I certainly won't stop you..."

“Oh... well how many kisses does it take to make you blush?” Deadlock grinned as he placed another kiss to Ratchet’s cheeks and then his jaw. Softly, he murmured the number of each kisses like he was counting to see how far he could get. His lips brushed against the older mech’s audial briefly and he whispered. “This might not be strictly for science..”

Ratchet's quiet as Deadlock speaks, gazing quietly at some point off to the side of either one of them, his hands flexing at his sides. He's almost afraid that if he looks at him, he won't be in control of what he does.

It takes a moment or two for him to look back up at him after that, and then he heads over, his hands lifting to rest on his hips, letting out the quietest ex-vent as he does.

"It's hard to think that love exists these days, you know. I've lost so much. But he's here, and I just..."

He leans forward slightly, pressing a kiss to his shoulder.

"I don't want to mess this up. I've messed up so many things already. You deserve better than that. I've got to do this right. I want to do this right. There's too much wrong in this world not to."

“I know what you mean. Believe me, I know. We’ve both seen and lost a lot.”

Deadlock is quiet as he explains and he gently takes one of Ratchet’s arms, starting to polish him. To give his hands something to do. To show that he appreciates him. Just to touch him and be sure that he’s really there and not a mirage. He can’t put into words how blessed he feels that he gets to touch him at all.

“I want to take a chance though. And I want to -do- things for you to show you that I care. Even if I’m not good at it. Even if I’m tripping over myself all the time with what’s romantic and what’s just stupid.” Deadlock snorts a little, laughing at himself. “I had.. I had an old friend that I used to live with. Worked with. And he always thought that one of the nicest ways you could show  you cared was with food and with cleaning.”

The words catch in his throat a little bit. He wasn’t sure if he’d ever be ready to talk about that old friend. Another small influence, another small light in his life that got snuffed out.

“I’m getting better at making food.” He smiles softly in offering. “And I definitely know how to clean.”

There aren’t really many words, or any he can think of, for the weight of his frustration. Millennia of war and sufffering and they finally find one another, and now? What was holding them back?

What was Deadlock afraid of?

They had all the time in the world to figure this out. To make it work. And yet the younger mech seemed almost… hesitant.

It was frustrating, more than anything he could remember. He wants this to work. He wants to be able to reach out and get to know him again; he wants the opportunity to finally make the connection they had missed over and over again so often during and even before the war.

“But we don’t need a miracle to sit and talk. I’m right here. No one here but me and you. Talk to me.”

There's a soft vent and Deadlock's finials give a small twitch as he offers a small smile. "I guess I'm just tired of having to argue with others from.. he'll either of our factions. Wars over, I've long since given up fighting but some assholes just wanna push their luck."

His fingers absently rub against the dark purple brand on his chassis and then lightly press across it like he wants to hide it from view.

"Do you think I should take it off? Be honest." He asks seriously. Ratchets opinion means the world to him and even if he doesn't follow exactly what he says, he'll take it deep into consideration.

He smiles warmly as he continues to rock up and finally slurps his head back so he can release his fingers and cast kisses up Ratchet’s neck. His brow furrowing slightly and his fangs brushing across the taut neck cables. He murmured a quiet ‘hang on’ as he curled an arm tight around Ratchet and wiggled his other arm in between them. Looking up at Ratchet, he bares his fangs as his digits look to tease his spike next, whimpering softly as he staves off his overload. It’s hard when he sees how Ratchet is moving and enjoying himself, it’s the sight he’s always wanted to have and it’s right within his reach.

Every new sensation just serves to drive the medic’s charge even higher. He shudders softly, moaning when Deadlock turns his attention to brushing those fangs tantalizingly against his neck cables, trying to tip his head back further as an encouragement. The thought of watching himself as he’s driven to an overload is equally fascinating to him, and he grinds briefly against Deadlock, trembling as he speaks.

“Next time you can frag me from behind… in front of a mirror… we can watch what we do to each other…”

He gives another moan, one that turns into a soft whimper as he tries to grind himself harder down against the other mech. Deadlock may be trying to stave off his overload, but Ratchet is chasing his, eager to feel his companion fill him up.

Next time is enough to make his hips stutter and there’s a deep growl that comes from him as he quickens his pace. Gripping Rachet’s aft and pulling him down quick with each press up. His fingers light against the medic’s spike, careful not to let his claws brush against it. His fangs press a bit harder and then they’re sinking in as if he could hold Ratchet to him with just the power of his jaws. Growling hungrily and squeezing his optics shut. He can’t whine with his mouth pressed so tight to Ratchet’s neck but he can do his best to pant as he cradles Ratchet close to him, not wanting to pull out at all so he’s simply left to grind up into him. His fingers still teasing his spike as he starts to suck on the spot he’s bitten.

The sensations are intense. He hadn’t bothered turning down the sensitivity on his hands- they were among the most sensitive parts of his body, and having them touched like this is winding up his desire much faster than he anticipated. His head drops back, letting out a wanton moan, rocking his hips back against Deadlock.

His other hand finds its way to Deadlock’s shoulder, holding on mostly as a means to brace himself. His valve is a mess, which is as audible as it’s probably felt, whimpering faintly as he curls his fingers against Deadlock’s glossa, optics dimming to black.

Honestly he wishes he could let this continue forever, charge cranking higher and higher, even if he knows it’ll have to end eventually if only for the both of them to rest for a while. But he’s got this for now, he has Deadlock for now, showing him pleasure he hasn’t experienced in a long time.

“God you’re beautiful… so damn good…”

He could live like this. Held against Deadlock, sitting astride his lap, kissing him and knowing that regardless of what happened, they were together. He smiles against the other mech’s lip plating, and laughs breathlessly when Deadlock starts teasing his digits.

He doesn’t interrupt him, though, hanging on every word. His head falls forward slightly, resting against his companion’s when his hips start to move, a full body shiver rippling through his broad frame. Optics falling closed, he murmurs a soft affirmative. “I’m yours as long as you’ll have me. Make no question of that. I’m here. I’m not going anywhere.”

That’s when he finally lets two digits slide into Deadlock’s waiting mouth, pleasure rolling through his field as he shutters his optics, just enjoying the sensations for the moment.

Ratchet’s words have him frozen for just a moment, his optics widening. It’s just what he’s wanted and he has it all right here in his lap. Smoothly, he closes his lips around the two digits and and bobs his head forward carefully. His optics lidding half way now. Both hands settle on Ratchet’s hips, claws scratching against metal before he adjusts his grip.

His glossa is wicked when it curls around the base of the digits. Slides between the sensitive section where the two digits meet and swallows quickly when the fingertips glide towards the back of his throat. He’s not sure he could get harder than he is right now and he wants Ratchet to feel it. Lifting him up with ease and letting him down slow. His mouth might be full but he looks at Ratchet like he’s the only one that’s ever mattered.

One hand glides up Ratchet’s back, holding him close as he continues to move his hips at an easy pace at first. Waiting to make sure he’s confident about the digits in his mouth not being harmed before he quickens and watches Ratchet as he refuses to keep a steady rhythm. Slow and hard and then quick in a way that almost pulls him out completely. The pressure of his glossa against the clever digits almost constant, sliding up and down them gracefully. Making just as much of a mess as their arrays are.

It’s equal parts bliss and agony. The devastatingly slow pace, the claws scraping over his aft… he’s wanted this for longer than he’d ever admit, and patience has never been a virtue of his. Anyone who knows him is aware of that- he’s wanting, needy, the calipers in his valve rippling over his companion’s spike with every roll of his hips.

When Deadlock’s hips rock up with him, the medic shudders with a moan, briefly deepening the kiss before the other mech speaks. He’s somewhere between frustrated and driven to distraction, but the offer of that wicked glossa on one of his sensitive hands?

Unable to move faster than the slow pace Deadlock has set for him, the temptation is too much to resist. Lifting one hand, he lets his thumb trace Deadlock’s chin, sighing softly.

“Do your best, beautiful.”

He looked at Ratchet eagerly and curled his arm tightly around his waist, holding him still. Leaning in, he gave him a soft kiss, let the talented fingers trail across his features as much as Ratchet wanted to. He was staying still for the moment, only smiling and giving soft kisses before turning his head.

He didn’t take hold of Ratchet’s hand, instead his bright red optics glistened as he let little kisses and licks fall across the fingertips and down the length of them softly. If Ratchet wanted his pretty digits sucked, he’d need to press them into Deadlock’s maw and be careful of the fangs there. He was careful with his own touches, his jaw dropped perhaps a bit more than necessary just to make doubly sure nothing damaged Ratchet’s hands.

“I don’t have enough words in the world to tell you how incredible you are. But I’ll try.” Deadlock murmured to him, his hips finally starting to rock slowly. “You have a talented mind, a wonderful spark that feels for everyone. You’re gorgeous... and right now you’re all mine.”

There’s a certain tinge of desperation to the edge of Ratchet’s field that he wouldn’t admit to if someone was to call him out on it. His plating is flared, fans blasting, head tipped forward to watch Deadlock’s face. It’s a tangible hunger, fraying at the edges, but he doesn’t hesitate at the order the speedster gives him.

Every rock of his hips gets a low, eager moan out of him, grinding against the other mech, engine growling. With Deadlock deep enough that he’s pressed up against the medic’s ceiling node, Ratchet’s honestly amazed hes keeping it together as well as he is.

“Gonna drive me nuts like this, mech,” he manages to mumble, jaw tight at the willpower to keep from increasing his pace. “God you feel amazing, though… so damn good…”

There was that same wicked smile on his face, same as always even as one hand stroked Ratchet’s hip gently. Claws just barely scraping down across his aft, giving it a light pat as he watched the older mech work himself up and down at a pace that was torture for them both. Leaning up, he gave Ratchet a soft kiss on the lips and caught his chin between his fingers as he focused his attention and raised his hips up with the next stroke down, letting him have more just that fraction faster before he stopped again and relaxed back in his seat.

The cat that had the cream, canary and a clusterfuck of confidence.

“I love watching you come undone, Ratchet.” He answered in a soft tone, the hand staying on his hip to make sure he can’t go faster. “But if you really want me to torment you.. give me your hand?”

He opens his mouth and lets his glossa flick out, and maybe it’s the lust that makes it look longer or maybe it’s a mod. Either way it seems like it would be perfect to either curl around Ratchet’s digits, his spike or drive into his valve with a precision that some would be jealous of.

There's been some additions to Deadlock's crew since the mad memer had last seen him. It wasn't just Deadlock turning to see him, it was Sunstreaker and a medic that were turning to see if he was alright. However that didn't last too long. Sunstreaker was shaking his head and walking back to the ship with a grumbling 'oh my Primus'.

"Is he--"

"He's fine." Deadlock waved a hand, not bothering to help Meme up. "Meme, this is Fibrillator. Fibs, this is Meme."

“Wow. Do you guys multiply?”

An obvious joke that comes right up as his first thought seeing Deadlock’s crew grow in size. He gets up, brushing dust off in the process. He jogs up to them, shaking servos with those he has the honor meeting for the first time.

But his attention is mostly focused on Deadlock.

“So, pal. Buddy. Chum chum. Drinks tonight?”

“Hmm, I dunno. Can I go drinking tonight?” Deadlock’s tone is sugar sweet as he turns to look at the medic who just glares at him.

“Its your frame, if you want to get drinks, go for it. But if you wake up with a splitting headache and a missing set of digits, you only have yourself to blame.” Fibrillator huffed, waving a hand as he walks off after Sunstreaker.

“He’s a bit straight laced. I’m trying to get him to unwind a little bit.” Deadlock shrugged. “Where do you wanna get drinks? You got a still hooked up to make your own nightmare fuel?”

“Are you going to let me take you back to my berth? I’d like it if I could see you on your back.. love to think back on the moments you’re there and know how your face looked when I fragged you nice and slow.”

Ratchet shivers faintly at the kiss to his knuckles, and then he ducks his head forward, moving forward when Deadlock pulls him in. He keeps his eyes on the other mech’s face, head tilting forward just slightly.

It’s very clear the medic’s pretty revved up, even if he may need a little more warming up before Deadlock has his way with him. And it’s very clear he won’t mind that attention, leaning forward for a kiss… if his companion allows it, anyway. Something warm, deep, alight with desire and lust. His engine is rumbling lowly in his chest.

“You only need to lead the way. You can lay me back and frag me as slow and deep or rough and hard as you want. I’m yours, for tonight.”

“Slow, fast, deep, hard...” His voice trailed off as he gave Ratchet a tender kiss on the lips. He started it gentle, not quite testing the waters, just a little bit of a tease of what could be coming. His glossa curling as it brushed against Ratchet’s lower lip. “Hopefully I’ll get to try all sorts of different fun ways with you tonight. We can take our time. See just how flexible you can be.”

The words are murmured into the medic’s audial and he’s motioning for Ratchet to come with him, not wanting to let go of his hand even as he’s walking.

“You don’t mind that I prefer to spike you? If you need a break, I can switch it up, I don’t mind.”

For Ratchet, he’d give him that small part of himself that no one else got to touch.

“I don’t care for threats. I’ll let you know if you hurt me. My hands are incredibly sensitive, so… be mindful.”

Deep vent in. Deep vent out. here he is, ready, waiting. He’s in too deep to turn back now, his field tentative but definitely interested. He’s not backing down if Deadlock isn’t, shoulders back, arms folded across his chestplate.

“I like to be manhandled a bit. I want partners to enjoy themselves too.”

Don’t wanna take you past the point that it’s not fun anymore.”

He learned about those sorts of things way too late in his career but he was grateful that he knew about them now. He wanted to show Ratchet that he wasn’t just some big brute with fangs.

He -was- a big brute with fangs of course, but that wasn’t all he was.

“Deltaraan,” he answers simply. “My safe word. Two knocks on the floor if my mouth’s.. occupied.”

Here he is. He’s doing this, apparently. It isn’t like he hasn’t wanted this. That he doesn’t want this. He wants this immensely; he has for ages. Only now he has the opportunity. And he’s not going to pass on it this time. He going to see where this takes him, and damn the consequences. His lip plating presses together, and then he lets out a quiet breath.

“I trust you. I can take a lot.”
