Welcome to the The Office! The Office is an elegant speak easy with classic old world charm and comfort. It is tucked secretly behind the The Aviary NYC, which is an experimental cocktail den inside the Mandarin Oriental hotel. Both venues are the debut of Chicago’s masterful creative team, Alinea Group and it’s their first venture outside the Windy City. These two cocktail dens showcases Achatz’ mastery for all things molecular, incorporating boundary-pushing techniques and lavish presentations into carefully curated cocktails combined Asian-influenced cuisine prepared with a little local flair. The first picture features the heart of The Office while the next picture highlights the amazing bar snacks including Cheddar Popcorn, spicy herbed mixed nuts, and smoked olives (which are incredible!). Also picture are the cocktails, the House Negroni, a Whiskey Sour and the Champagne cocktail. I would happily “Go into The Office” any chance I get if I had to. It would make going to work sublime!
