Did Rachel hand over the medical records for the Ledas who had already died? I’m inclined to think not - Rachel Duncan does very few things for free, and Cosima wouldn't need to inoculate those who had died - which makes me curious about how many Ledas there were altogether.
If there are 274 alive, then you factor in the deaths - Beth, Jennifer Fitzsimmons, MK/ Veera Suominen, Niki, unknown victim of Helena in the church, Danielle Fournier, Katja Obinger (and I think there are more who were killed by Helena - do we ever get a precise number?) - plus the European clones who were murdered by Helsinki…
