Haylel nervously approached Adam, her hands lightly shaking. "I..Hi. Um, I was wondering if just maybe you..." She looked down, her voice low and a whisper. "wanted to be my mate."

Adam looked at her, his jaw falling slightly. "Wh-what?" he stuttered as his eyes widened. "You want me to be your mate..?" he inquired, his voice slightly shaking as he asked.

“Y-You would?” Haylel looked down, biting her lip nervously as she smiled.

Adam gave her a small smile paired with a nod. "Yeah, I don't see why not. Would you kiss me?" He replied, lifting her chin lightly with his finger so she was looking at him.
