What jewish holiday does she look forward to the most!

Either Rosh Hashanah or Pesach I think. She probably gets really annoyed with Dumbledore(and Hogwarts as a whole, but I'm blaming him) that there is Christmas holidays where people get to go back home but not for any other holidays? It genuinely was VERY upsetting for little Aliya that she wasn't able to go home even for Chanukah. She ends up skipping class in her school years for the important holidays and when she comes to teach she asks McGonagall to cover her classes during important holidays

Does Aliya eat the horseradish or does she feed it to the dogs/convince her sibling it’s white chocolate (bc I definitely have never done either of those myself 👀)

When she was younger I think she probably did but as an adult I think the meaning behind it during seder is very significant and personal to her so she eats it and remembers why she is if that makes sense? She doesn't enjoy the taste though and if the meaning wasn't there she probably wouldn't.
