Shika grinned and laughed as her and Alastor shared a few stories back and forth, just having a good time really. Though she soon paused as something caught her attention, a certain little plant hanging in the doorway.

"You know, that reminds me of another story. The time where I shared a really nice kiss with a certain red deer~"

With a hum, she stood up on the tips of her hooves as her arms lazily looped around his neck. Her lips stopped just short of meeting his though, letting him have the chance to back away just in case.

Well thats new, its often she has someone just tell her that out of the blue. Her ears pull back slightly as her head tilts, confusion and then curiosity crossing her expression.

"Have you now? Well, if you dont mind me asking, what sort of things have you heard?"

Dressed in a winter coat with extra white fluff sticking out around her neck, wrists, legs, and even her ears had Shika all nice and warm. All of that made it so she was perfectly content with just standing outside as snow gently fell around her, her eyes closed and body relaxed. The sound of Alastor's voice made her ears perk though, causing some of the snowflakes to fall off of them.

"Hm?" Sure enough there was more snowflakes on it, mostly in her hair, which made it look like she had white spots on her hair as well as her fur.

"So do you. Makes you look rather cute too~"

"I could show you a few other faces if you'd prefer~" Shika mused before briefly showing off her glamour skills by seamlessly shifting through a handful of past disguises, each with a completely different face and look, before eventually settling back onto her real face.

"I'm sorry hun I... wasn't really feeling like myself for quite a while. You think after all of this time I'd be used to how things are now but... I guess not..."

There's a pause as a hand fiddles with her necklace. "I was... with an old friend... for a very long time... B-but I'm back now! ... I've certainly missed you though. I hope you've been well."

18. fall on your muse

There’s a sudden and loud crack before a blur of blue falls from above and lands right atop the poor guy. A branch had broken under Shika when she tried to climb across it, a bit of bad luck and poor timing for both her and the guy she was currently laying atop of.

Thankfully she slapped that glamour on quickly, her satyr features hidden and making her look like a normal human woman, dressed in a rather vibrant summer dress. She groaned though, a little dazed from the sudden crash and fall.

“....Thanks for the soft landing...”

She mumbled out before finally getting off of the poor guy. After taking a moment to dust herself off, she held out a hand to offer to help him back up... hopefully she didn’t break anything.
