One can learn how to track or keep watch on changes in the document content? there is an option in MS Word that is Tracking and Changes. By using Track Changes One can record every edit or change made in a word document, either by yourself or others. When the Track Changes option is on, deletions are marked with a strikethrough, and additions are marked with an underline. Changes done by different authors are indicated with different colors.
This option is available in the "Tracking" group in Review Tab in MS Word.
