Nico was in the midst of making herself comfortable at a cafe reading a book when she caught sight of Beau. She almost didn’t want to say hello considering how invested she had been in the book, but that would have been rude. And she was nothing if not full of niceties. A short chuckle left her mouth at just the thought. Most would never say such a thing about her. If anything, she was full of judgment and harsh stares. It wasn’t her fault she was simply looking for the best in people and was disappointed when they didn’t pull through. Nevertheless, she looked up at the man as he passed by, lowering her shades on her face and placing her book in her lap. "Well, look who it is. What have you been up to? Swimming with the fishes?”
