SKIN FOOD Hydro Fitting Snail Mask Sheet (Hydration Type) (Set of 5)
Claims: “A sheet mask that adheres snugly and comforably to the face, providing ample moisture and nutreints in snail secretion filtrate”. Thats what it says on the sheet mask package itself on the box it says, “A sheet mask that adheres comfortably to the face and provide enough moisture and nutrients in snail secretion filtrate”. On the box it doesn’t hype the product up like on the sheet mask itself. It means the same thing really but the wording on the box was more positive.
Packaging: The 5 sheet mask were packaged in a cardboard box. The mask were in a smaller then average package at least compared to my other sheet mask. The mask is in a lovely light purple.
Smell: It smelled strongly of some fragrance, possibly to mask the strong alcohol smell(it didn’t work I could still smell it lingering in the back). I’m not against fragrance but I do have senstitive skin so if it’s very strong I will stear away.
Fit: The mask didn’t adhere perfectly to the face. There were a lot of wrinkles. The sheet is more firm then other mask so that could explain the wrinkling.
20 Mins Post-treatment: I mean my face wasn’t tight feeling, it felt a bit tacky.
First 5 Ingredients: Water, glycerin, dipropylene glycol, butylene glycol and alcohol denat. And the 6th ingredient is the ingredient they were advertising snail secretion filtrate.
DID IT MEET IT’S CLAIMS?
Adheres snugly and comforably to the face - No.
Ample moisture - Well it said ample which means enough or more than enough… and well my face wasn’t dry after. So yes it was enough.
WOUlD I BUY AGAIN?
After using 5 of these sheet mask I can tell you confidently sweetie that I will not be purchasing this product ever again.
