At the #GrandBazar in #Tehran. This old man sat there all alone and didn’t move a muscle through the 5 minutes that I was photographing him. Came home to see the pictures that day, and his pictures became my favourites.
It’s like he represented “calmness”…
I still wonder though… Why did he sit on the cardboard box and leave the chair empty..?
Maybe he was waiting for someone long gone…
