I’m actually super proud of the fact that I have some semblance of a plan for my next couple years. (Also the amount of kudos my fic gets, also v proud of that)

Verrith: are you a patient or impatient person? 

It depends, with people I like/know/understand (or even people I don’t know well) I’m super patient like 88% of the time, With myself or questions I’ve heard 888888 times (especially one’s questioning me or my plans) I have like 0 patience

It goes without saying that Valentine’s Day for you and Toudou Jinpachi would be spent climbing slopes. Though the idea of doing something that the two of you both do every single other day didn’t seem the most romantic, the date you planned had the other club members nodding with great approval.

It was 4:30am, and the two of you were pedaling up the slope of the mountain, stumbling around in the dark in order to see the sun rise. After that, you planned a picnic the two of you could enjoy while watching the sun blanket the mountains and envelop the world around you.

When you arrived at your destination, it was still dark out, yet the landscape that stretched before your eyes was nothing short from breathtaking. “Oh my god, Jin-Jin,” you reached for your boyfriend, gasping from the intense hill climb. “This is beautiful.”

“You know what else is beautiful—?”

Of course, your boyfriend would make a joke like that now of all times. You rolled your eyes and turned your attention to him, surprised that even though it was nearly 5am, and the two of you just biked up a slope, he looked gorgeous and perfect in every way. “You.” To you, he practically was the sun that you came to see.

The look in his eyes when you answered his question softened. When he seemed to realize, he looked away and slid a hand through his hair, huffing with pride. “So you know, good.”

Though you were practically bursting with excitement before, now you were less interested, turned off by your boyfriend’s ego. But, still, you were glad that he had so much of it. “Yeah.” You rolled your eyes and sat yourself down on the ground to watch the light streak across the sky.

Toudou knelt beside you. “Hey, _____-chan.”

He turned your head toward him, thin fingers gripping your chin. Your round eyes swam around before meeting his and suddenly, you felt shy under his intense stare. “What?”

“Did you do something different today?” He hummed in wonder as he tilted your chin up and drew your face closer.

You hadn’t exactly.

Heating up where he was touching you, you started to grow excited, eager to kiss your beautiful boyfriend. However, when you managed to mutter a “no…” you breathed out.

“No, what?” He teased.

Needless to say, you missed see the sunrise, but the heat between you two certainly would have taken your breath away more than any sunrise ever could.
