sometimes i do wonder if i settled into presenting masc because i never actually got over the inherent initial discomfort of dressing feminine, of having to build your style and wardrobe from scratch, of navigating the awkwardness of learning makeup, never was able to feel fully confident and just. right in that. on the other hand makeup is a sensory nightmare and i do like how i look in the clothes that i have. but i do wonder.

i think i actually don't care to do anything for tdov this year. on saturday was tampa pride and my girlfriend wrangled up every tranny we know who could make it, i met lovely new friends, saw friends I've not been able to see and have missed for a while. i got to spend the day surrounded by nine trans fems and bask in how healing it is to love and be loved by each other. I'm still riding that high, it's not gonna get any better than that. also my girl took me for walkies 🐶

It's so fucked up that the first Saw movie is genuinely good but the sequels immediately ignore what made it so good so it's forever marred by the reputation of the rest of the series
