I grew up watching Flavor of Love (New York (@tiffany_hbic_pollard taught me well!) and even Rock of Love (cringe) so you can say I like them. Definitely loved the aspect of was the awareness of mental illness. Both have a mental illness; Dev suffers from Depression and Charlie suffers from OCD. It’s something that both struggle to talk about and want to hide from those who they care about. The discussion and representation of mental health is one that I think the author did good on. Dev and Charlie definitely have my heart!
