Since the Persona Games are known for their All-Out Attacks as a core mechanic, I had to design one for Octane as well.

Now, Queen already had the ‘garage’/Mad-Max motif covered, so I fell back onto Octane’s role as ‘The Daredevil’ and drummed up some Evel Knevel for him
