I Need To Get This Off My Chest

My skin color is on one side of the spectrum. All while I have had coworkers and friends and those I care for on the other side of the spectrum. I am not afraid to admit that I am a 22-year-old white woman in the U.S., but that is simply because my vision is not in the monochromatic spectrum that so many people in this day and age seem to have.

They do not realize that everyone breathes the air produced by the plants around us.

The do not realize that the same blue blood that bleeds red courses through our body.

They do not seem to care that we are all made of the collagen and calcium as someone push down an elderly person or harms a child.

They may have sight but are blind to the stunning kaleidoscope we hold on one of the smaller organs of our bodies.

They do not understand the different textures of hair that grows each and every day.

People cannot seem to realize that the very things that make us ‘different’ are the most beautiful attributes a person has.

Lives are lost every day in this world of ours and yet we choose to focus on the small and petty things of not being included in a saying. Sometimes we have to get metaphorically pushed off the cliff of our own pride and stubbornness to see that each and every single person was created for a purpose no matter if you believe in God, Allah, Buddha, etc. It. Does. Not. Matter. We are all made from the same chemicals, the same compounds, the same cells.

Sure we each have variations about those genetic codes, but that is the beauty of Life. Life is so very precious, but we as human being have left the technicolor world of the present behind for the monochromatic sight of the past.

I find joy in working and having worked with people of all different colors, ethnic groups, religions, sexual orientation. That is because the monochromatic sight I had when I was such a young girl is blossoming into the most beautiful world of color I have ever known. It is continuously growing and evolving and changing.

I do not want to get older and be scared for the lives of my own future children or grandchildren. I don’t want be scared for the lives of the children of my friends, family, coworkers. I refuse to sit by any more and stay idle while people abuse power. I just can’t.

It pains me and hurts my heart when I see and hear what people go through on a daily basis. I have a voice, and I want to let everyone know that no matter what you also have a voice. If you cannot speak up now, then let me be your voice. Let me paint this monochromatic sight from the past into the technicolor world of the present. I want to help you because all Life is sacred and precious.

Cum ar fii dacă eu nu aş mai fii ? Oare ai plânge în urma mea? Oare ai spune că eu eram viitorul tău ? Oare mi-ai simții lipsa sau oare.. mi-ai duce dorul mereu ? Oare sunt fericirea ta ? Dar oare.. e posibil să nu iti fiu acea implinire sufletească ? Cum ar fii să nu mai fiu aici,lângă tine? Oare ai simtii lipsa tuturor cuvintelor şi grijilor ce ți le port neîncetat ? Oare ai vedea cât de mult țin la tine ? Că te iubesc neîncetat ? Oare ți-ai putea da seama de lacrimile pe care le-am vărsat în clipele grele,când mi-ai spus că eu sunt doar o nepăsătoare ? Oare.. oare ți-ai putea da seama că TU îmi eşti VIAȚA ? Şi dacă nu ştii răspunsul,suflet drag.. închide ochii şi imaginează ți că am dispărut,fără vreun motiv. Pur si simplu,ca nu mai exist.. Acum lasă mă să îți spun că te iubesc nemărginit şi că TU eşti TOT ce am. Nu mă lăsa vreodată !

Te iubesc, vreau sa te iubesc in continuare o viata fara sfarsit, vreau sa ma iubesti. Vreau ca totul sa fie bine. Vreau sa fac ceva, chiar vreau sa indrept totul, nu vreau sa ajungi sa nu-ti pese de mine, nu vreau sa se raceasca mai mult ceea ce simti, chiar nu vreau. Te iubesc, te iubesc, te iubesc, te iubesc! Doamne cat de mult pot sa te iubesc. Am nevoie de tine, asa cum n-am avut nevoie de altcineva. Te iubesc mult, cel mai mult. Vreau doar sa te strang in brate fara sa-ti mai dau drumul, pana am sa ma satur, dar de tine n-am cum sa ma satur, am nevoie sa te strang in brate, din nou si din nou, sa te sarut, sa te strang de mana pana simt ca mi se rup incheieturile, sa stiu ca esti langa mine. Am nevoie sa te vad in fata mea zambind, incruntandu-te, razand, orice, am nevoie sa-ti simt respiratia cand esti la cativa milimetrii departare de mine, am nevoie de tine. De tot ce ai tu de oferit. Esti o persoana minunata chiar si cand esti morocanos, meriti lucruri la fel de minunate ca tine, iar eu nu-s nici macar pe aproape, dar habar n-ai cat de mult pot sa te iubesc…
