Description: A feminine angel is holding a bright red heart (the shape, not the organ). She has darker wings that remind me of a butterfly’s. She doesn’t really remind me of anyone that I know- at least none that is popping out to me.
Meditation: When I flipped the card over, my immediate reaction was “well, duh, of course it would be this.” Allow love. I always say that I wish that more people loved me. Maybe they have and I’ve just been oblivious to it. It’s hard for me to tell. I think the love that this card is talking about is all encompassing. It is friend love. Family love. Significant other love. Stranger love. World love. And, I think most importantly, SELF LOVE. It’s something I’ve been struggling with for the past few years.
Meaning: it talks about possibly being upset at an authority that still loves me…. I’m just going to go with my own meaning on this one I think.
Added later- so I kind of lied when I said that I didn’t think about anyone when I pulled the card. I thought of a really old friend who I’ve had an interesting relationship throughout the years. She doesn’t look like her but I just felt her energy in the card. She later texted me after not talking to me much over the past few months.
Note to self- start trusting all of my instincts.

It’s all about allowing Him to love you. That means relinquishing control, repenting of whatever sins you have commited, letting go of bitterness and returning the forgiveness that has been so abundantly given to you. Allow Him in, allow His love in, and not just into some parts of your heart, into every part, especially in the parts where you have tried to fill with things from this world. That’s where He wants to fill you, allow Him the pleasure and joy of doing so. When we say He wants us, He wants all of us, but most of what it takes to give Him all of us, is actually allowing Him to have all of us. He doesn’t want a striving to give it all, it isn’t about striving to live up to expectations. God isn’t about expectations, He doesn't expect anything from you but to say, “Yes Lord, I will follow you.” You are loved and wanted all the time, no matter where you are, or what you’re doing. God doesn’t ever change in His desire for you. It’s about allowing His love in, allowing Him to hold you and cuddle you and to tell you that He likes you because He loves you. He loves all of you, there is nothing wrong with you, you are His most treasured possession and most dearly beloved. Allow His love, allow Him to just love on you.
