A Folk Catholic devotional image; Hispanic, perhaps. Comprised of four iconographical emblems. 

The All Seeing Eye, The Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary The Five Wounds of Christ and Las Animas Solas, All on a sky-blue background except for Las Animas Solas.

At the top is the Eye of Providence, the All Seeing Eye; a symbol often misunderstood in the modern age, probably because of the many (often conflicting) meanings applied to it over the centuries. Here it stands for the Eye of God, an aniconic representation of the Most High. An eye, inside a yellow triangle with one vertex topmost pointing upwards. At once the eye beholds the scene, and the beholder. Also, subtly, the eye looks upward; again gesturing towards the heavens. 

Flanking this are two hands with open palms, bearing the wounds of stigmata,  in a gesture known iconographically as ‘Oracion’. It is a gesture of prayer, but also one of awe and reverence. 

Centrally, are two hearts; the Twin Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary, as revealed in the visions of st Margaret Mary Alacoque

On our left is the Sacred Heart of Jesus, wearing the crown of thorns, and pierced on one side, bleeding; and a cross emerging from the aorta.

On our right is the Sacred Heart of Mary, pierced by seven swords representing her seven sorrows. From the aorta emerge some kind of flowers; 3 of them. They look to me like some kind of daisy, but im not sure.

Both of them surrounded by a radiating halo of fire. The hearts are simplistic in design, more like a loveheart shape with a spout on top than an anatomical heart.

Below this are the other three wounds of Christ. The spear-wound of his side, Disturbingly (as is common in medieval depictions of the Holy Wounds) is drawn in quite an erotic manner. At eitherside of this are Christs two feet.

Bottom-most is a scene, representing either souls in purgatory or hell. (interesting to note, hell was originally considered a cold desolate place, whereas the flames of purgatory cleansed the imperfect soul)  three figures, two female, one male; in an enclosed space, surrounded by flames.

An interesting icon. Quite abstract in composition.

Something to note, if you squint and look at this in a certain way; it looks like a pyramid head person with a big bleeding sideways vagina. very strange
