The best stuff that happened at the All Time Low concert earlier tonight (some of these are long)
-There were candles on stage and Alex said “Do You like our fake candles….we couldn’t have real one cuz mine and jacks hair is very flammable.” So of course then they thought 1 was real, but it wasn’t because Zack literally put it on his eye…and then Alex says, “It’s ok, the only fire I care about is the one burning for me in Jacks loin.” They then went on to question what a loin was and decided it was just under the belly button. -Rian was so far back that you couldn’t even see him….and they pointed this out a couple songs in. They said he was better looking than Jack and Alex (as if) and how handsome he was, so they shone the lights on him (his smile is damn near blinding). Then they lowered the lights and said just to pay attention up there and shine one spotlight on them. -Jack told Zack that he liked his shirt because you could “see all of his parts” -They went offstage for a minute to like switch guitars or something and Jack came back with Burts Bees chapstick. Alex was like “you know you could’ve done that backstage so it wouldn’t have been weird.” But Jack was like, “no, I apply this over 50 times a day, I’m addicted.” This led to Alex saying something like “yeah his lips are really smooth. I give him a smooch every night before bed to be sure.” Also, Alex asked the crowd, “so…..what’s your..favorite chapstick. (Everyone shouting) Oh really, I just rub butter on my lips is that ok” -Ther was a room called the rock room, and the saif it’s just full of rock guys form the 80s who just 24/7 scream. I mean of course this led to Alex every so often just screaming like a rock singer. -They sang Living On A Prayer for a minute. Well, Alex sang, while Jack kind of just talked the lyrics in a very monotonous voice. -Jack wanted to know if Rian was alive, so he like hit the drums a few times. Jack said that he understood. He said they have a Chewbacca and Han Solo relationship where he just knows what he’s saying since they can’t talk. Alex want to learn wookie, because he “never fucking understood.” He then did a Chewbacca impression and Jack said, “I don’t speak very good English, but I’m great at Rian.” -Jack singing quietly when Alex walked back for a minute. It sounded something like, “He just left, help mee.” -The back of my ticket said Lucky Ticket so I got in free. -We got there late and had general admission seating (no chairs), and litterally all between us and the stage was the little barricade and 1-2 people. We were at the edge, and when Alex came to the side, he was so close. -During Good Times, during the line “middle fingers up ego trip,” everyone put there middle fingers up, but not me, cuz I’m a good Christian and my Dad was behind me. -Alex and Jack were talking about how they like to boost each other up on stage and give each other lots of compliments. This is when Zack says, “Jack, you’re nose looks a lot smaller from over here.” Then, Jack gave a history lesson and said, “you know in Greekroman times, big noses were like….there was a saying….oh yeah, the bigger the nose, the bigger the ego….or something.” -Everyone belting out Dear Maria, Count Me In is just infectious. -At the end, Alex threw out some guitar picks, but people were still screaming so he threw out his and Jacks used water bottles. -Therapy and Missing You are just really powerful and beautiful songs, especially live. -There was a lady standing next to me and my sister, and she told my sister she liked her Panic! Sweatshirt. She began to tell me she liked my shirt, an All Time Low one, but then said she hated it (as a joke, don’t worry). Then she leaned near my face and said, “Wait are those…I have those same fucking glasses at home.” Later she said she wanted them to play Merry Christmas, Kiss My Ass, which is exactly what I had said earlier. -Alex went off for like one second, and came back saying to the band, “What are you all talking about, are you talking shit?” He said usually the first half of the show, it’s all compliments, and by the end they’ll all be ‘imitates fist fight’. -The opening act, Blaine Fowler and the Experience, were amazing. They sang some old rock songs, Christmas songs, Sugar We’re Going Down, All The Small Things, and The Middle. -It was my first All Time Low concert (hopefully not my last), and I was so close to the stage. -I said it before I ever saw them in concert, but they are the funniest live band and they have the best chemistry together. -My Dad actually enjoyed it, he said his favorite song was Dear Maria, Count Me In. He also said he could have done with less “f-bombs,” but he thought it was a good show.
-Jack calling Zack a 'good boy’
-Jack just like repeatedly putting on Chapstick and smacking his lips together in front of the microphone
