Standing there behind the desk as an unknown figure speaks

Ears drown out the sounds all they sound like is inaudible noise at this point

Gone into robot mode after one to many times of them speaking over me

I was there to help, it was my job now I just don't care

Im the guy at the bottom of the pyramid, you yelling at me changes nothing

Your life must suck seeing how you have time to stand here and threaten me

Your brain so small as not to be able to comprehend simple instructions and then claim that I'm not being helpful

I really don't care if you complain to my boss or my booed boss or corporate

Just get into your vehicle whatever it is and drive away, im not paid enough to listen to your rants today

Its not in my description to smile at you and hold your hand while you can't do a simple task

I really could care less about your issues fussy ladies and gentlemen...

All Used Up

“Go on, I wont stop you” Sarah had threatened to leave him yet again and Joey was fed up. Every time they had an arguement she did this and he had had enough. If she wanted to leave then good; he didnt need her crap anymore. He was better off without her. He didnt know why he had ever gone out with her in the first place. Everybody had warned him about her. Sarah had a reputation but he had foolishly thought that she loved him; that she would never hurt him. But he was wrong. He had tried to ignore it but it was becoming harder and harder. She barely spoke to him except when she was yelling at him. Last night he had seen her making out with some guy outside Posties. He had been so furious, he could have decked her right then and there but he thought better of it. He waited all night for her to come home but he fell asleep before she did. It was after four when she finally stumbled through the door, knocking over the fern that stood by the door as she did so. 

“Whatever. I dont need this.” She picked up her bag and walked out the door. Joey watched her walk down the driveway and around the corner. He wondered if he had made the right decision but there was no way to know. All Joey knew was that he didnt deserve to be used anymore.
