These burgers are a unique and flavorful twist on the classic burger. The grilled red bell peppers add a smoky sweetness, while the almond dip provides a creamy and nutty contrast. Perfect for a summer barbecue or a special weeknight dinner.
Ingredients: 4 Burger Buns. 4 grilled red bell peppers. 1 cup almond dip. 4 lettuce leaves. 4 slices of provolone cheese. 1 red onion, thinly sliced. 4 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan to medium-high heat. Brush each burger bun with olive oil and toast them on the grill until they are lightly browned. Set aside. Season the grilled red bell peppers with salt and pepper, then place a slice of provolone cheese on each pepper. Continue grilling until the cheese melts and the peppers are slightly charred. To assemble the burgers, place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun. Place a grilled red bell pepper with melted cheese on top of the lettuce. Add a generous spoonful of almond dip on top of the pepper. Add a few slices of red onion on top of the dip. Finally, place the top half of the bun over the onions to complete the burger. Serve the Gegrillte Paprika und Brot mit Mandeldip Burgers hot and enjoy!
