The Starter cats!

Once part of a large stray cat colony, the cat now known as Driftstar had a dream. There a ghostly group of cats claiming to be “Starclan”, the souls of “warriors” came to him, offering a life more fulfilling than the one he lived currently.

Where cats loved and cared for one another, played together, no one forgotten or ignored. Where each cat had a purpose and role, and even past death he would live on, in a life after life, never fading until ready.

All he had to do was gather a willing group of cats and follow this guide cat “to the field of lavender where life flows plenty”

My comic starts a few moons after the clan is formed but I might eventually get into the backstory as I play through the game!!

Apprentices - Part 1

Cherrystar arranges a private meeting with Snailstep and Ermineclaw to discuss who will mentor their kits.

The three of them eventually come to an agreement.

Also, if there are any doubts on if Ermineclaw is the father, I point out that both Willowkit and Almondkit have his eyes.

And now for something completely different: OLD ART

This is from May 2023 and features Snailstep and Ermineclaw with four of their seven babies. In order of age:

Willowpaw: Thoughtful and clever

Almondpaw: Loving and wise, a good mediator

Cloudkit: Bossy, never sits still

Softpaw: quiet, nervous, active imagination

Additionally, here is the “full” family line up

This doesn’t include Sweetkit (later Sweetwish) because this was before I’d included her as a plot point in Snail and Ermine’s story. Originally she was meant to just be raised by her dad but nursed by the other queens but then I thought it would be more interesting if she was actually raised by Snail cause ✨DRAMA✨

I’m not fond of Amberleaf, Cloudthorn, and Stoatfrosts designs so they may change in the future. Also I’m debating on changing Amberleafs name to Lilyleaf.
