*Almost Simple* . . . Somewhere deep in that mind of ours, We have a need to be accepted and seen. Our ancestors formed the social norms, The biggest shackle that's ever been. Can't do this, you can't do that, You will be judged for everything. You can do all the stuff they want, But peace is something it'll never bring. So I said no, this ain't right, Why such complexity in a world so simple? Doesn't really matter what we actually do, The world is so big, it won't even cause a ripple. And from the mind I once had, I cut out the part that was complicated. I am a simple man now, with simple habits, It's my mind that I've finally sedated. I'm in a trance like none other, It's something that even the fanciest drugs lack.
