I was relaxing in the pool today, music playing, working on my tan but all I kept thinking about was all the things I wasn’t getting done because I was in the pool 😩 Does this ever happen to you? When you try to find some “me time”/relaxation do you think of all the things you should be doing instead? Day 7 already!? And yeah anything with a bind is a no go for me anymore.
