Any headcanons on how Guzma would deal with someone (who he’s crushing on and who likes him back) who is real cute but honestly has no idea he’s part of Team Skull?

Man, that’s a situation I’d love to be in.

-The entirety of Team Skull has almost a Mission: Impossible view on the matter. Everywhere that Guzma goes, there’s always Grunts in plain sight and in the shadows, ready to do anything he needs. However, for this situation they’re all in the shadows, making sure nothing goes wrong wherever Guzma steps. Now, though, they also need to keep secret from you.

-Once, Guzma was simply talking with his crush, when a few Grunts accidentally went up and talked with him. Before the crush could get suspicious, Guzma beat back the Grunts in an impromptu Pokemon battle, hiding his Team Skull icons and signalling to the Grunts about the situation. They deliberately lost, letting Guzma show off how cool he “was”, and got a stern talking-to when he returned to the mansion.

-Part of Guzma realizes that perhaps it’s for the best that he never reveals his secret, and another part realizes that confessing his feelings could result in him having to leave Team Skull. This matter pains him so much, he has regular talks with Plumeria about it. Someday, he’ll have to make a choice, and he’s not sure which way he’ll go.

Any headcanons of Guzma comforting his fem s/o during um 'that' time of the month. Specifically​ one that gets clingy and sensitive.

Sharpedo week, anyone?

-To begin with, Guzma makes sure every grunt knows what’s going on, and if they mention anything regarding the current situation he’ll revoke their “staying inside the mansion” privileges for the rest of the week. That being said, he also uses his Grunts to help out with getting things that you might need, and so he has them working overtime.

-He specifically does that so that he doesn’t have to leave you. He’s grown adept at sneakily getting stuff quickly thanks to the Grunts running by. One time, he stood next to a window, as a chain of Grunts hung from the roof to hand him the chocolates you had asked for. 

-When he’s not in need of more stuff for you, however, he’ll just stay by your side whenever you want him to (which seems to be often). He’ll just play something on the TV for you two to watch, and he’ll do his best to make sure you feel comfortable during this time, while mentally thanking Plumeria over and over for her help in finding out exactly how this worked.

Can I have some headcanons for Faba with a Aether!Scientist! S/O?

You’d think there would be a rule against workplace relationships…

-While Faba knows that giving research grants or funding to people has to be based on merit, he desperately wishes he could sneak some money out for your projects (he’s just not smart enough to do so without getting caught). The last time he tried, he was given a stern talking-to by Wicke, of all people, and spent about a half hour constantly asking you for forgiveness.

-He’ll definitely be helping you physically with the projects, at least. He considers you the only person worth assisting with any research, besides himself. In his words, “The great Faba’s hands are only meant for helping me and you, my dear.” He’s certainly one for showmanship.

-Your first date was less of a date and more of a conversation after an office meeting. Well, he called it a “meeting”. In reality, he accidentally splashed some chemicals on himself, and you were the closest one there to help his clumsy self. It was only after that time that you started seeing each other, but he likes to consider it your first date.

Any headcanons for Wicke helping out someone get over from a terrible break up?

You mean aside from boob-hug-smothering?

-Wicke has a three-point program for dealing with breakups. She should know, considering she’s been through a few. First step is getting into a long talk with you about what happened, and making sure you’re starting to feel better. Second step involves warm cookies straight from the oven, because nobody can be sad while eating cookies. Third step is the most fun: a little collage of every reason why you’re a great person.

-She’s also very protective. If your former partner in any way tries to horrible smear you, she will wipe the floor with them and then some. Nobody hurts you like this on her watch.

-As soon as you feel that you’re ready to move on and get back into the game, she’s going to be the best wingman you’ve ever seen. Of course, some people might ogle her over you, but she’s an expert at deviating those searching eyes. She’ll get you a date within the hour, and she’s determined to help you make this one work.

Any thoughts of Wicke being like an awesome mother figure?

Tiddy mom is best mom.

-Everyone at the Aether Foundation absolutely loves the second Saturday of each month, because that’s the day that Wicke organizes company-wide activities. She’s the one that makes sure everyone is having fun and staying safe, going so far as to make sure every employee is wearing sunscreen and hats.

-While Aether Foundation does have its own licensed and highly trained therapists and psychologists, most workers that have some sort of problem prefer to talk to Wicke, who is a licensed psychologist despite not working specifically as one. She’s always willing to listen and dispenses absolutely sage advice, coupled with some nice cookies that she baked herself.

-To say she’s protective of her “children” is an understatement. Wicke loves and cares for everyone in the Foundation and some people outside of it, even Faba. Gladion remembers a time when Wicke broke up an argument between an admin and a grunt. By the time it was over, they were both crying and she was hugging them both.

Matchup please. I'm a 5'8 bisexual girl, loves the water, tennis, and badminton. I'm told I'm very shy but always outgoing, loud and energetic. Loves drawing, scary stories, and not very gorey horror movies.

Hau may not know the meaning of the word “shy”, but he’s a very kind and very excited person. Always with a smile on his face, he’ll be the first one to come up with plans for the day. He’s also a big fan of summer sports, especially swimming. You’ll probably beat him more often than he’ll beat you, at those games. And while he’s pretty easily scared, he’ll pretend he’s unfazed by scary stories, just to seem tough.

Molayne is a very chill person. A meteorite could fall from the skies right in front of him and he wouldn’t even blink. In fact, meteorites have fallen in front of him before. While he’s not very open about his activities and hobbies, he does enjoy simple things, and he’ll be very happy to know that you also like electric types, even if Noivern is your partner.

I would pair you with Gladion, the trainer from Alola!

Gladion is what I call an “edgy sweetheart”. Yes, he acts tough and mighty, but everybody knows he’s a huge softie. Those years growing up under Lusamine didn’t exactly help. What he loves about his Pokemon, Silvally, is that it can be any type at any moment, something he enjoys knowing. And secretly, he’s learning how to make Oran berry cookies. They’re not very good so far, but he’s trying.
