as for main gogglekid, I thought Hau would fit pretty well? I also gave Guzma a pair so it could probably propel into a tamers situation and everyone just pulls out their fancy eyewear if there’s a sandstorm or something. :T

I mean, that's a fair point! Although personally I feel like at least one of the protags fills the niche of "Designated Main Character" which is always a thing in Digimon. Usually they use a dragon or a fire-related one, so I guess Sun with goggles and a litten-based line would be the closest to that.

Plumaria’s Salandit is a fire-type lizard and both Hau and Guzma got a pair of goggles each. The protags are just customizable player vessels without dialouge or charactacter development on their own, I can’t really translate that into something in this setting. And forcing said protag into Tai’s leader-role would add nothing but blandness. If anyone has to fill that position Hau would be closest I think. The Pikachu line is fairly equal to the digmon series’ Agumon/Veemon/Guilmon status.

But hey, I don’t own any of these franchises. If you disagree with me nothing is stopping you from making your own version! c:
