6 month check in for 2018//• so far this year has been filled with a lot of anxiety and panic attack’s. I’ve had a lot of good times as well and I’ve met a lot of people since moving to Sac, but it does get very lonely here. I’m away from my family, my boyfriend, and my hometown which is where I find comfort and peace. But When I put things in perspective , I know that the stress I’m enduring is only bc I want so much more for myself. I am not satisfied with being stagnant and so sometimes I overwork myself to the point where my body can’t keep up.
