“The Singing Butler” by Jack Vettraino
There is no question this painting, “The Singing Butler” (image two) by Jack Vettriano is an all-time favorite of mine, as it represents a nostalgic vision of wistful romance on the seaside. Who wouldn’t want to waltz on the beach with the person you love? Though, we may not all have the luxury of a butler and a maid to come along and shield us from the rain.
Pictured in my re-creation (image one), Sophia Sinclair is adorned in a long silk red dress and matching gloves, waltzing romantically with the one and only Crown Prince Thomas of Windenburg and Brindleton. Could this be a look into the future for these two? We shall see. . .

“Embracing” by Jack Vettriano
This is my third recreation of a Jack Vettriano painting in the sims and I think it’s safe to say I’ve got his vibe down pretty well. All of Jack’s paintings exude deep, meaningful, and passionate emotion that always leaves you wanting more. Oh if I could just know what the context of this embrace was...
On that note, let’s embrace some context of my recreation process, shall we? First off, I want to tell you gathering the poses to capture this embrace was nothing short of a nightmare. The initial poses I planned turned out inaccurate, therefore forcing me to wing it with other poses I thankfully had. Couple those issues with the fact that my sims would not comply with my positioning. Even still the posing isn’t completely correct on the final image (the placement of their arms), but I believe I have captured the dissipating anticipation and relief that this embrace represents. I am proud of this shot, but it wasn’t easy or timely. Believe it or not my recreation of “The Singing Butler” by Jack Vettriano, which many of you loved (thank you!), took me all of 5 mins to get the perfect shot. This one took me hours, but all is worth it for a result such as this.
