Alphas babysitting:
Alphas being extra playful, rough housing with the children.
If they have accessed their Alpha voice, using it to calm the children and keeping them in line when they're being too rambunctious.
Alphas bringing a lot of games that require physical activity.
Alphas taking them to the local park.
Having fun competitions between the children, like who can run the fastest, or who can find all the 'treasures' in the shortest amount of time.
The children always have some achievement to tell their parents after being babysat by the Alpha.
Betas babysitting:
The children getting all their chores and homework done with time to spare for games.
Betas baking with the children, leaving with tons of baked goods at the end of the day.
Betas giving the reading the best stories at bedtime.
Betas always knowing the right thing to say when the children ask hard questions.
Betas brining crafts for the children to do.
Betas remembering all the children's medical needs and react accordingly. Such as making lunch that the child won't have an allergic reaction to.
Betas getting the best reviews from parents.
Omegas babysitting:
Omegas creating a large community nest for all the children to hang out in.
Omegas calming the crying child who misses their parents.
Omegas handling fights between children, and both parties are happy.
Omegas being able to handle children of all ages at the same time. They can put the toddler down for a nap, while calming a crying baby while, entertaining the child.
Omegas bringing board games so they can all play.
Omegas having a hard time saying goodbye to the children, since the children don't want them to leave!
