Also I always seem lost unless someone tells me like specifically what to do. Its usually not so bad when its something I've been doing for a long time. But if no one gives me directions or something like that I just have no idea what they want me to do. Even when I know what I should do but idk if its what they want me to do. I hope I'm explaining it ok.
This is an aspect of executive dysfunction. More specifically, this is probably a difficulty to do with initiation, that is, getting things started. It’s not uncommon to feel like you’re lost or don’t know where to begin; I still struggle with this when it come to cleaning my room, or starting a big assignment.
The executive functioning and executive dysfunction tag might be of some help here.
